Not much is known about Best Tiger's origin other than he was born in China. It is also unknown what degree of training he went through to achieve his skills.

Best Tiger meets with a group of assislants who he had taken down. After coming down to his last bullet, he fires the gun and it ricochets with enough precisions to incapacitate them them all. Zandale Randolph arrives to the scene, amazed at the spectacle. He reveals to Zandale that he isn't blind, but much rather wears the headband for the challenge.

Powers and Abilities Powers Superhuman Agility Enhanced Senses: Best Tiger has a degree of enhanced sense as he purposely handicaps himself with a headband to cover his eyes. With the headband, he has shown to be capable of fighting much like a human with eyes. Telepathic Resistance: Best Tiger has shown resistance to telepathy as he was able to trick Insomniac with visions to find out his location . Abilities Escapology Martial Arts Genius Level Intellect: Best Tiger's intellect is beyond that of an average human. He was able to plan a "what if" on how he would kill the Guardians of the Globe while Insomniac had spoken to his subconsciousness. Robot has compared him to a "supercomputer" when it comes to combat situation and how he is able to adapt, in which Japandroid also said was "remarkable" He also figured out that it was Embrace possessing Outrun through just by noticing small traits and that fact that she didn't run as fast as her. Marksmanship: One of Best Tiger's greatest abilities is his incredible marksmanship. Best Tiger has shown that he can take out several ninjas without the use for his eyes and with just one bullet.
