History

Nomi Huapai was the Governor of Yamapalu. He wanted to establish a big future with the Gallsaberry by collecting the world's most esteemed geneticists, cooks, and food critics.

When one of his captive chefs, Great Fatanyeros, was freed by The Vampire, Nomi ultimately took his life rather than face defeat.
