Synopsis for "A Nightmare Walking"

Somebody is going around the city, crippling crooks. Who is committing these acts of violence...and why?

In Soho, three hoodlums approached a homeless man who was with a shopping cart and began to harass him until ShadowHawk appeared and brutally beat the hoodlums up. Later, when the police arrived they learned that a figure with “glowing eyes”, who “moved like lightning” and was “as big as a house” had beaten up and paralyzed the hoodlums.

Later, in Harlem, Paul Johnstone was with Hojo outside of a building that was being burned by the villain Arson. Paul explained to Hojo how he was a former D.A while in an argument. Later, ShadowHawk attacked several drug dealers who threatened an old woman. However, the police had arrived and attempted to pursue him, but he did not want to kill any of them.

Meanwhile, Jamie was arguing with the editor-in-Chief Ted Tyle on whether to publish a story about ShadowHawk, which ended up with the woman storming out of the room. At the office of Max Boldd, Arson entered disguised as a firefighter, much to her disapproval, before notifying her that he planted a bomb before walking out of the room. ShadowHawk was fighting police officers, attempting to escape. Later, Jamie arrived at Ms. Boldd’s office in order to talk about ShadowHawk and received and a massage from her.
