Synopsis for "Tango Atlantico"
Krug reveals to Chaplin that he genetically engineered the terrorists fighting StormWatch. He then introduces two agents from IO which funds his operation. Enraged, Chaplin attacks the two men and threatens Krug with a beaker of chemicals. One of the IO agents shoots the beaker, splattering its contents on Chaplin’s face. Outside, Stormwatch continues battling the terrorists while Synergy and Weatherman monitor the conflict from New York. In the Czech Republic, Tucker’s Stormforce team storms the bio-weapons lab which is also part of Krug’s operation. After analyzing the virus being developed there, they vaporize the site with thermite explosives from their aircraft. In Germany, Chaplin discovers his vision has been altered by the chemicals. He can also now generate blasts of light which he directs at Krug and the IO agents. He then joins Blademaster outside and subdues the superhuman terrorists.
